Fixtures and tools
- We design, manufacture and supply various foundation fixtures, control fixtures, control templates, test boxes, tools and spare parts. We offer the production of all fixtures including their design, drawing documentation, construction and necessary revisions.

3D printing
- We use a range of additive manufacturing methods, from 3D printing of resins to solid composites and thermoplastics to metals. We can help you prepare or construct your model in our professional 3D CAD solution.
- We print primarily from high-quality and predictable materials from selected manufacturers on Ultimaker, Markforged, Formlabs, and other printers. We will advise you on choosing the optimal technology and the appropriate material.
- SLA – Light curing of resins – especially for precise prints with sharp details and smooth surfaces.
- CFR – Nozzle deposition of molten thermoplastic reinforced with continuous carbon, glass or Kevlar fiber – Composites outperform metal parts in many applications and can be stronger, while being up to 40% lighter than 6061 aluminum.
- FDM – Filament deposition modeling – the most widespread and affordable 3D printing method today.
Ergonomic workplaces
- We offer you the design and production of ergonomic workplaces including the required accessories (electrical installations, exhaust, etc.), whether it is individual workplaces or the implementation of workplaces into assembly lines, or their addition with handling equipment such as belt conveyors, etc.
- We are happy when the ergonomics we design help to streamline work productivity and speed up work processes.
Maintenance
- We offer you routine and general maintenance, both during standard operation and during planned shutdowns, and we will arrange overall service of machines and production lines, including the provision of spare parts.
